Private enterance, 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom house with private heated saltwater pool. This place is conveniently located with walking distance to the Beach, Grocery shopping and Lauderdale-By-the-Sea amazing restaurants and nightlife.
The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a sleeping sofa that folds out to a twin bed. The 2nd Bedroom has a King size bed. There is extra blowup matress available in the house!
This unit is a part of a duplex. The pool area is not shared! It is only available for this unit!
The laundry room is shared.
